Under the Acropolis Museum are the ruins of an ancient. The Athenian neighborhood, The museum was constructed on the archaeology in such a way that enables visitors to look onto ancient foundations — at Acropolis Museum - Μουσείο Ακρόπολης.
This was the day I had been looking for ever since we had to see Almfi Coast before. We were up early and inline to get off the ship at 0715. This was a morning of total miscommunication and chaos by ship. We did not get clearance until1000

Lucky our Driver from ROML Rome in Limo was still waiting for us and we were off to my magical place.
I requested a water view for the restaurant and our driver came through with a great place with the view.
Monday day ten leave the ship and go to Rome
We shared a ride with Dawn and Tom. We were dropped off at Primo Suites We rang the buzzer and Fabio the owner came down to greet us. Our room was not ready so we were given a choice of two rooms. We picked # 5. He gave us a map and many suggestions for places to see since we had been to Rome before.
I loved that we had no agenda and just planned on wondering Rome. We walked to Trevi fountain but it was so busy decided to get up early and come back in the morning. We then walked to Spanish steps
We met Dawn and Tom for supper

Jewish Gettho is the oldest Jewish settlement in all of Europe. It is very pedestrian friendly and a great place for a stroll.
Fountain of four rivers in the middle with an Egyptian obelisk, the Northen end has a fountain of Neptune, Southern end four Titans, Church of Sant Agnese
Supper was a small place off the beaten track that Fabio recommended. We would meet a young couple who also vacationed in Switzerland that we enjoyed talking to. I had ravioli with spinach sage butter and ricotta cheese. Jim had spaghetti with a hole Bucatini with tomato sauce and bacon
